With over 17 years  driving experience, Laird looks forward to training students how he wished he would have been trained. He is all about safety and embraces the MELT Program! He believes that training doesn't need to be stressful! Laird is a team player and his only goal is to deliver top notch training!

With over 20 years  driving experience, Brent's calm nature compliments his teaching style! He wants students to have a safe and positive learning experience. Brent knows that the only way to learn is to be hands on.  He promotes safe and courteous driving skills. 

With 25 years driving experience, Mike brings his history of farming and hauling to the job! He is focused on keeping the cab  calm and making sure each student is learning all that they can! He wants his students to know that he believes in them! 

Brandon might be the youngest one in the group but he has already proven he has what it takes to train students. He offers a calm style of training and wants his students to do their very best!

Melissa is our classroom certified instructor! Her mission is to ensure all students have an enjoyable learning experience in the classroom and that it carries through to the truck! She takes pride in delivering the MELT material and as the owner of MTS Training School, she will go the extra mile because it's not just her day job! 

Offering a flexible course for the Class 1 MELT program.  We now offer one on one training and this has reduced the days needed in the truck! 

Learning does not need to be stressful and at MTS we will ensure that you exceed the requirements to become a safe, defensive driver!

At MTS Training School we offer small classroom sizes. This offers more time of individual discussions in the classroom. The environment is relaxed and enjoyable! The most frequent comment we hear from our students is how they feel like they are part of the family!
