 With over 17 years of driving experience, Laird is passionate about training students the way he wished he had been trained. Focused on safety and a strong advocate of the MELT Program, Laird believes training should be stress-free. A true team player, his goal is simple: to provide top-notch training for every student. 

 With over 20 years of driving experience, Brent’s calm nature perfectly compliments his teaching style. He is dedicated to ensuring students have a safe and positive learning experience. Believing that hands-on practice is the best way to learn, Brent promotes safe, courteous driving skills every step of the way. 

 With 25 years of driving experience, Mike brings his background in farming and hauling to his teaching. Focused on maintaining a calm, supportive environment, Mike ensures each student gets the most out of their training. Above all, he wants his students to know that he believes in their success. 

 Brandon may be the youngest in the group, but he’s already proven he has what it takes to train students. With a calm and encouraging approach, he’s dedicated to helping his students perform at their very best 

 With nearly 20 years of driving experience, Rick brings a wealth of expertise in fluid hauling and vehicle recovery. His natural teaching ability shines through as he’s dedicated to preparing his students for life on the road, ensuring they have the skills needed to be both safe and attentive drivers. 

Melissa is our certified classroom instructor, dedicated to making sure every student has an enjoyable and effective learning experience. She takes pride in delivering the MELT material and, as the owner of MTS Training School, goes the extra mile because this isn’t just her day job—it’s her passion.  

Offering a flexible course for the Class 1 MELT program.  We now offer one on one training and this has reduced the days needed in the truck!

At MTS Training School we offer small classroom sizes. This offers more time of individual discussions in the classroom. The environment is relaxed and enjoyable! The most frequent comment we hear from our students is how they feel like they are part of the family!
