*Cancellations: 

If a student withdraws prior to or during the commencement date, a charge will be levied as follows:

1. Twenty-five (25) Working days’ notice before the start of the program – full refund of deposit (less 5% hold back if deposit was made by credit card); or 
2. No refund will be issued with less than twenty-five (25) working days’ notice or during the commencement date;

*Discontinuation of the Program: 

Once the program has begun, in accordance with section 11 and 12 of the private Vocation Schools Regulation, written notice to the school of intent to cease taking the program is required. No refund will be provided if the program has begun. 

*All students are responsible for accommodations, transportation and meals. 

*100% attendance in the MELT program is the only guarantee of completion of the program as the mandatory hours must be met prior to the completing the exams at SGI.  Hours missed due to poor attendance in the program will be the student’s responsibility to make up at an added cost up to $150 per hour, or a price to be negotiated between the school and the student.

*MTS Training School reserves the right to dismiss participants from the training program with reasonable cause without refund.  Any substance use or abuse will result in immediate dismissal! Verbal abuse of any kind is not acceptable and may be cause for dismissal. Violence of any kind will result in dismissal and the authorities will be alerted. 

*Placement: 

MTS Training School is prohibited under section 7 of the Private Vocational School Registrations from guaranteeing on completion or positions to any students. Made subject to the Private Vocational School Act and regulations of Saskatchewan.
